No. You don’t need any experience with surfing or yoga. All classes have offers modifications and opportunities to adjust to your body. The strength and mobility classes are challenging, but if you are a brave beginner, know that you don’t need to be anything to do this course, the course will do that for you over time! Be patient and do what your body can do.

Once you have purchased the course, you will have 6 months of access to the classes in the course.

All classes are pre-recorded and you will get access to all 20 videos once purchased.
However as a part of the course you have the option to have a live 1:1 coach session with Laura, if you wish!

Classes varies from 15-60 min. '
Breath classes: 15-20 min
Mobility + Strength classes: 30-60 min
Restorative classes: 30-60 min
