    Mobility allows your body to move better, safer and with style. Unlocking the flexibility and body awareness is key in this course and is also something that benefits your time in the water. You don’t need to be strong and flexible to do this course, the course will do that for you.

    Mobility and restorative flows will give you a strong foundation to minimise injury risk and alleviate muscle soreness and focus on preventative measures like proper warm-up, cool-down, and steady progression.

Course FAQ

  • No. You don’t need any experience with surfing or yoga. All classes have offers modifications and opportunities to adjust to your body. The strength and mobility classes are challenging, but if you are a brave beginner, know that you don’t need to be anything to do this course, the course will do that for you over time! Be patient and do what your body can do.

  • Once you have purchased the course, you will have 6 months of access to the classes in the course.

  • All classes are pre-recorded and you will get access to all 20 videos once purchased.

    However as a part of the course you have the option to have a live 1:1 coach session with Laura, if you wish!

  • Classes varies from 15-60 min. '

    Breath classes: 15-20 min

    Mobility + Strength classes: 30-60 min

    Restorative classes: 30-60 min

  • Yes you can. You choose. However you will see a progression of challenge and level from week to week, meant for you to have it step-by-step.
