2.1 Product and Delivery
Uloma offers digital yoga courses and programs, which are accessed online via our platform.
The courses are delivered digitally; therefore, no physical delivery takes place.
Access is granted immediately after payment through a personal login. It is your responsibility to have the necessary internet connection and equipment to view the material.

3.1 Price and Payment
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
When purchasing, you pay a one-time fee, after which you gain access to the course.
Payment is made via Stripe on the website.

4.1 Right of Withdrawal
According to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act § 18, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, when purchasing digital services where you choose to gain immediate access, you waive your right of withdrawal, cf. § 18, subsection 2, no. 13. This is actively accepted when completing the purchase.

4.2 Refunds
For online course purchases, no refunds are provided unless the course cannot be delivered by Uloma.

5.1 Limitation of Liability
Participation in online yoga courses offered by Uloma is at your own risk. Uloma cannot be held liable for injuries, discomfort, or health-related consequences arising from participation in courses or exercises.
It is your own responsibility to assess whether you are medically fit to participate. We recommend consulting your doctor if in doubt.

5.2 Responsibility for Technical Access
Uloma strives for high availability, but we cannot guarantee that the website or platform will always be free from technical errors. We aim to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible should they occur.

6.1 Changes in Prices and Offerings
Uloma reserves the right to change prices and course offerings. In the case of price changes, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance via e-mail and on the website. This mainly applies to future courses and not to one-time purchases already completed.
Uloma may continuously adjust content, structure, and duration of courses without notice if necessary for quality, technical reasons, or updates to the material.

7.1 Teaching Materials
All course content, including videos, audio files, texts, and exercises, belongs to Uloma.
The material is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, resold, or used in any other context—whether private or commercial—without written permission.
It is not permitted to alter the material or remove logos or source markings.

8.1 Personal Data and Data Processing
When you purchase a course from Uloma, we register personal data such as your name, e-mail, and possibly phone number. This information is used to provide your access and related services (receipt, login, support, etc.).

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you consent to us contacting you with relevant offers and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter.

9.1 Governing Law
These terms and conditions are subject to Danish law, and any disputes shall be settled by Danish courts.
